How to get the most from your shoot:
Quality photos start with preparation. Ensure the home owner has followed the preparation sheet we provide and considers our appointment their most important showing. 

Our photographers will work to perfect spaces by turning on lights, adjusting blinds, straightening chairs, etc. Unfortunately due to our schedule and general liability, we will not move furniture, clean, stage, or otherwise prepare a home that isn’t ready. 

We strongly encourage agents to meet with clients prior to our arrival to ensure the home is to their standards. 

Homes should be vacant and free of loose pets prior to our arrival. This allows the photographer the greatest amount of time and flexibility in shooting the property and will yield high quality photos. Time spent managing pets and people on-site may impact the total number of photos received.

Pets:
Due to liability concerns, under no circumstances will the photographer enter a home with loose pets. Pets may be kenneled or quarantined in a separate room.

In the event of inclement weather: 
Sky Definition will determine if the weather will negatively impact our ability to provide a top-quality product. We will make recommendations on schedule changes and work with you to reschedule at no charge.

Cancelations and rescheduling: 
There is no charge for cancelations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the shoot. If a shoot is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the current scheduled time or if the photographer is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time, a $110 cancelation fee will apply.

Mileage Surcharge:
Please refer to the mileage map to determine if your property is within an added mileage zone. If your shoot is within the added mileage zone, please include the appropriate amount in your order. Call us before scheduling to ensure we can coordinate the added drive time into our schedule on your preferred day & time.
